Virtual Video Visits are Available!

In addition to our fantastic in-person care, we are thrilled to offer you secure video visits. While we love it when you visit us in the office, we understand that it’s not always convenient to do so. Video visits allow you to receive the same quality care as you do in the clinic, without taking time off work or finding a sitter to see us.

Video visits are appropriate for many types of appointments, especially follow-up and minor urgent care. Feel free to request a video visit right here from the website. We look forward to seeing you soon.

In most cases a virtual visit is remarkably simple.

Confirm Your Information

Look out for an email or text and log in to confirm your info using your favorite device.

Download the Secure Software

Use the telemedicine application on your web browser, or download the app to you apple or android device.

Log in to the System

Please login 15 minutes before your video visit. Have your credit card ready to pay your copay.

See Your Doctor Virtually

Come prepared with questions. Check your blood pressure ahead of time if you can. Enjoy the convenience of a Virtual Visit.

How do I schedule a Virtual Visit?

You can request a Virtual Visit by calling our reception staff at (303) 730-2167 or through our online scheduling tool at the top of this page.

When is my provider available for Virtual Visits?

Altitude offers Virtual Visits on weekdays between 8am and 5pm based on the following schedule:

Monday:  Dr. Sartor

Tuesday:  Dr. Walker

Wednesday:  Meghan Thoms, PA-C

Thursday:  Taylor Simmons, PA-C

Friday:  Sandra Bernard, PA-C

Which devices can I use for my video visit?

You can use a computer, tablet, or smartphone (iPhone, iPad, and Android devices).

How much will my Virtual Visit cost?

Virtual Visits are typically covered by your regular health insurance in the same way that an in-person office visit is covered.  You will need enter a credit card before the appointment and will be charged the same co-pay as an in-person visit.

Is my video visit secure?

Of course! The video technology uses bank-grade encryption. However, make sure you find a quiet, private place in your home or office for your appointment.
